  • No Cancellation After Product Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be allowed or accepted. This includes orders that have been picked up by our shipping partners or are already in transit. Important Note regarding Customization:

  • Orders for customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewellery, custom-designed pieces) are subject to immediate processing. While the 2-day window generally applies, if significant customization work has begun within this period, the 25% fine may still apply, or cancellation may not be possible depending on the stage of production. Any specific terms for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.
